Delivery Policy

We’re committed to delivering your orders swiftly and safely, and we work closely with our trusted courier partners to make that happen. To help ensure a smooth delivery experience, please keep in mind the following important guidelines:

UK Delivery Coverage

Acticare operates and supplies to the UK only.
If you wish to purchase from outside of the UK, please contact us before placing an order. Orders from selected countries may be considered on a case-by-case basis following direct contact. In all cases, we reserve the right to refuse orders, and accepted international orders will be subject to additional delivery charges.

Delivery Times

  • Next-Day Delivery – Orders placed before 3:30 pm qualify for next-day delivery, which we will do our best to fulfil.

  • Orders placed after 3:30 pm will be delivered the next working day.

  • While we aim to offer next-day delivery wherever possible, this service cannot be guaranteed. Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery.

  • Deliveries take place between 7 am and 5:30 pm.

  • For specific delivery times, please email your request – we will advise you of any extra charges.

  • If a re-delivery is required, a charge may apply depending on the goods and delivery location.

For urgent orders or delivery inquiries, please contact us directly.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders over £100.00 are delivered free of charge to the UK mainland.

  • Orders under £100.00 are subject to a standard delivery charge of £14.95, including next-day service.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days for stock items.

All orders are delivered by our own vans or via trusted couriers and require a signature on receipt.
Delivery to overseas and remote UK areas may take longer than the stated guide times. The contents, weight, value, and postcode determine which delivery service applies. We cannot accept orders for PO Box addresses.

ADR Deliveries – Transport of Dangerous Goods

Items classified under ADR (Transport of Dangerous Goods Legislation) require specialised handling and compliance with strict safety protocols.
Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery of these items via courier.
