At Acticare, we’re passionate about supporting the communities around us. That’s why we’re pleased to be sponsoring this year’s Wheelie Big Cycle, taking place in aid of St Michael’s Hospice.
The event brings together cyclists of all abilities to take on routes across Herefordshire, raising funds to support the Hospice’s vital work. From providing compassionate end-of-life care to offering support for families, St Michael’s Hospice plays an essential role in the community and we’re delighted to lend our support to their mission.
More Than Sponsorship
In addition to being an official sponsor, Acticare will also supply all the bottled water for the refreshment stations along the cycle routes. With riders covering a variety of distances, hydration will be key and we’re glad to help keep everyone going on the day.

The Wheelie Big Cycle will start and finish at The Shell Store, just around the corner from our head office. That makes this event particularly special for us. It’s a fantastic opportunity to give back to our local area and to stand alongside the people and organisations who share our commitment to health, care, and community spirit.
